General Terms and Conditions<\/span><\/h2>

Registration and enrollment
<\/strong><\/p>\n

As soon as course participants submit a signed form and the registration has been accepted by Eloquenta International Language Studio GmbH (Eloquenta), a legally binding contract is concluded.<\/p>\n

Assessment (for non-beginners)<\/strong><\/p>\n

For future course participants who already have knowledge of the course language, we offer a short written placement test and a short interview free of charge before the start of the course.<\/p>\n

Cancellation or withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n

Course participants can cancel the contract within 30 days before the start of the course, otherwise a fee of 20% of the full course fee will be charged. The course fee must also be paid in full in the event of later withdrawal from the course due to illness or other reasons.<\/p>\n

Course confirmation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Shortly before the start of the course, Eloquenta will inform you in writing whether the course will actually take place. If the course does not take place, the contract is null and void for both parties.<\/p>\n

Payment of the course fee<\/strong><\/p>\n

The course fees will be invoiced in full when the course is confirmed. All fees must be paid within 10 days of the invoice date.<\/p>\n

Eloquenta reserves the right to allocate the course places to other interested parties if payments are not made in accordance with the above conditions.<\/p>\n

Course materials<\/strong><\/p>\n

Costs for teaching materials such as textbooks are not included in the course fee. The recommended teaching material can either be obtained directly from Eloquenta when registering or purchased in a bookshop.<\/p>\n

Late course entry<\/strong><\/p>\n

If course participants wish to join a course that is already running, the pro-rata share of the full course fee will be charged.<\/p>\n

Miscellaneous<\/strong><\/p>\n

Eloquenta may also change the dates or course times.
